The questions people ask most.

What this work is, what it isn’t, and how it runs in practice.

Answers

What is emotional fluency?

Emotional fluency is the ability to move from signal to clarity to action, without losing yourself or the room. Recognising what is happening inside you, finding accurate language for it, and responding with intention rather than habit. The more precise the vocabulary, the more precisely you can act. Most people feel a great deal. Few have been taught to work with what they feel.

How is it different from emotional intelligence?

Emotional intelligence describes a capacity, how well you read emotion in yourself and others. Emotional fluency describes a practice, what you can actually do with it, in real time, while it is happening. Intelligence is measured. Fluency is used. Someone can score well on emotional intelligence and still go quiet in the meeting that mattered.

Is this therapy, coaching, or mentorship?

No, though it borders all three. Therapy looks at what happened. Coaching begins with a goal. Mentorship passes on experience. This begins with language. Recognising what is moving in you, naming it accurately, saying it while it can still change something. I trained as a coach and as an emotional intelligence coach, and I mentor, so those methods are in the room. There is no diagnosis and no clinical relationship. If something belongs in therapy, I say so.

Is emotional fluency just a soft skill?

It gets called one. There is nothing soft about the cost of its absence. Conflict that repeats, decisions that stall, trust that erodes, and people who stop saying what they can see. It is literacy, and its absence shows up on the same reports that measure performance.

Who is this work for?

Founders, senior leaders, leadership teams, HR and L&D leaders, and organisations investing in how their people communicate and work together. Conference producers, event agencies and associations programming a stage. Silence doesn’t check job titles.

Do you work with individuals?

In select cases, yes. Private Work is for founders and senior leaders in transition, reinvention, or high-stakes visibility. It begins with a minimum of three sessions. One conversation can clarify something. Three can change what you do with it.

How is this different from leadership training?

Most leadership training works on what leaders do. Models, techniques, communication skills. This works on what happens before any of that. What a person actually feels, whether they can name it, and what happens when they can’t. Technique tends to fail at exactly the moment emotion takes over.

What is the UNMUTE Framework™?

A six-step method for turning inner experience into something usable. Uncover, Name, Map, Unblock, Translate, Express. Signal to language to action. Explore the Framework.

What happens in a workshop?

Always tailored. Sessions are highly interactive and built around your context and the conversations your teams are working around. Participants leave with practical frameworks, a shared vocabulary, and tools they can use the same week. Nobody is asked to disclose anything personal in front of colleagues.

What happens to my answers in the Audit?

They are used to generate your profile and nothing else. Your email is added to the newsletter only if you tick the box. Nothing is sold or shared. The Audit is an orientation tool, and not a clinical or scientifically validated assessment. Read the privacy note.

Which languages do you work in?

Sessions are delivered in English and Greek.

Do you travel, and can you work remotely?

Yes to both. I work with organisations across Europe and internationally.

How do we start?

Send a note through the contact page describing the room, the situation and the goal. I reply personally. We talk before anything is proposed, and I will tell you if this isn’t the right work.
